In 1936, Queen Anne Upholstery started out restoring one of a kind, high end furnishings for Seattle’s affluent and most discerning private residences.
Ballard Refinishers and the Queen Anne Upholstery merged in 1984. In the early 1990’s, Robert’s son Seth Emtage took over the helm and began expanding the business. Ballard Refinishers and Queen Anne Upholstery merged into one to be called Queen Anne Upholstery & Refinishing.
Queen Anne Upholstery & Refinishing emerged as the industry leader in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
We serve all major commercial markets, including hospitality, hotels, architects, designers, government, marine, healthcare, health and fitness centers, senior living centers, and educational markets.
Today, QA Group is the largest booth manufacturer in the Northwest with over 75,000 square foot factory.
