Scope: 2 Custom 3-sided Column Banquettes and 3 Custom Loveseats, reupholstered in Carnegie Moto 6084-11 and 6014-4 (Customer’s Own Material – COM).
Proccess: The client contacted us for a quote, and once received, promptly approved it. Our detailed quote covered all aspects of the project, including foam replacement, precise pattern matching, and fabric specifics. With a request for expedited service, we arranged a 7-10 business day turnaround for a small additional fee. We managed the entire process, from pickup to delivery and installation, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
