2. Provided Estimate 

At Queen Anne Upholstery, we take great pride in the exceptional quality of our work. The budget quote includes the cost of materials and the time and expertise of our artisans. Upholstery restoration demands precision and skill; therefore, our primary commitment is to deliver the finest results possible. 3. Custom Selections

If you have not yet selected the upholstery material and/or wood stain color, we eagerly invite you to visit our showroom. Here, you can explore a diverse range of fabrics, leathers, velvets, and vinyl, available in countless colors and patterns. Furthermore, during your visit, you can also discuss additional custom details. For instance, foam density can be confirmed to your preference through a ‘sit test’.

4. Quote Approval

Once you approve the quote, we require a 50% deposit before we proceed to procure all necessary materials. Orders undergo a meticulous review process by one of our trained employees to ensure accuracy and prevent potential delays during production. Next, it gets passed on to our sales support department, who initiates the material procurement process. In the event of any material backorder delays, you will be promptly notified.

5. Order Pickup

Our logistics team will reach out to you once the fabric for your order arrives at our facility. At that point, we will arrange either drop-off (‘Will-Call’) or schedule home pickup based on your preference at the time of sale. If you require earlier transportation, please discuss this with your sales associate during the quote approval stage.

6. Production Time

Lead time starts upon receiving all fabrics and furniture at our location. Consequently, please consult your sales associate for the current timeframe. On average, reupholstery takes 6-8 weeks, and refinishing takes 10-12 weeks. During this period, your item will undergo an initial physical inspection before the scope of work begins to assess if any adjustments are necessary based on our expertise. If required, we will contact you with our recommendations. Subsequently, your project is added to our queue and completed typically on a first-come, first-served basis depending on our current workload. Our skilled team of artisans meticulously ensure perfection from start to finish, addressing every detail.

7. Order Completion

Our Quality Control manager will meticulously inspect your order to guarantee flawlessness before it’s returned to you. Upon project completion, our logistics team will promptly notify you through a call or email, informing you that your item is ready. For any changes to your delivery date or other inquiries regarding delivery, please contact your designated sales associate directly.
